Quality Assurance Technician – Permanent contract

A leader in its field, GEORGIN designs and manufactures pressure and temperature sensors (pressure switches, thermostats) for demanding environments such as nuclear power plants and ATEX zones.

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Technician

Reporting to the Quality Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Main activities

  • Conduct a critical analysis of strategic components: challenges, organization, management system, procedures (operations leading to a task), business lines and their processes (interconnected operating methods), customer satisfaction levels, uncertainties, and potential risks.
  • Analyze the quality of the functional and technical documentation base, the level of formalization and compliance of internal documents with standard models.
  • Negotiate and implement human resources (steering committee, project teams, internal auditors, quality correspondents), financial resources (budget), and technical resources (performance analysis and monitoring tools: surveys, statistics, indicators).
  • Formalize the quality process and design operational materials: manuals, reference guides, reports, questionnaires, and educational documents.
  • Break down the elements of the master plan: objectives, deadlines, strategy (action plans, communication plans).
  • Lead information meetings, working groups (continuous improvement, problem solving), and project teams.
  • Organize, conduct, and supervise internal quality audits.
  • Act as an alert system for risky situations (safety, malfunctions).
  • Maintain relations with partners involved in prevention (training organizations, institutions, technical experts).
  • Co-manage internal communications to raise staff awareness of quality projects.
  • Conduct ongoing regulatory or normative monitoring of the sector

Your profile

  • Knowledge of the sectoral quality system: standards and regulations (France, Europe, international)
  • Knowledge of the strategic components of the structure
  • Mastery of quality methodologies: planning, documentation system, problem solving
  • Good knowledge of business software: FMEA, 5S, 6 Sigma, 8D, Lean, SMED, Pareto chart, etc.
  • Mastery of cross-functional project management techniques
  • Good knowledge of statistical analysis
  • Proficiency in office software
  • Fluent English
