Our business: protecting people and property. A leader in its field, GEORGIN designs, manufactures, and markets instrumentation equipment and signal interfaces for harsh industrial environments and ATEX applications. 

We are looking for a Regional Manager for Rhône-Alpes & PACA.

Reporting to the Sales Department, under the management of the Sales Manager for France, and working independently in your area, your mission will be to prospect, develop, and sustain our sales of product solutions applied to industrial processes (Chemicals, Oil & Gas, Energy, Agri-food, environment, etc.) to a client base of engineering companies, EPCs, installers, and end users, ensuring that the objectives set by the Sales Department are met.

Based in the region, you are accustomed to complex technical projects. You draft proposals with the help of the back office, negotiate, and closely monitor your clients. You prospect, develop, and retain new contacts in your region.

Working closely with the Sales Administration (ADV) and Technical Support departments, you will report to the Sales Manager for France and work in a matrix mode with the various departments within the organization.

Your profile:

  • You have a two- or three-year college degree (minimum) in instrumentation, automation, control, and/or electronics (typically a BTS CIRA or DUT in Physical Measurements, etc.), supplemented by sales training or experience in this field.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking English
  • Effective listening skills, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Appetite for sales, interpersonal skills, and recognized dynamism
  • Strong computer skills (ERP, EDM, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Outlook, etc.)
  • Teamwork in platform mode, project management (Innovation, Quality, Sales Administration, Production, Design Office departments)

Compensation: depending on profile, education, and experience (package: fixed salary and performance-based bonus).
