Sales Administrator – Permanent contract

Presentation

A leader in its field, GEORGIN designs and manufactures pressure and temperature sensors (pressure switches, thermostats) for demanding environments such as nuclear power plants and ATEX zones.

We are looking for a Sales Administrator.

Reporting to the Sales Administration Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows:

Main activities

  • Create new customer codes and update our customer database.
  • Process orders from receipt to delivery to customers, ensuring that agreed delivery times are monitored and met.
  • Inform customers about product availability and delivery times
  • Update sales records: enter all necessary customer information from delivery to billing.
  • Issue supplier orders
  • Ensuring customer relations: sales follow-up, sending product samples, incident management (exchanges, after-sales service returns).
  • Manage customer billing and credits
  • Close sales files and archive them

Your profile

  • Two to three years of higher education in sales or sales assistance with at least one year of experience, ideally in an SME.
  • Knowledge of office software (Word, Excel, etc.)
  • Experience in sales administration.
  • Dynamic, independent, thorough, with business acumen, organizational skills, responsive, with a keen sense of service and commerce and a team spirit, able to take initiative while applying the company's commercial policy.
  • A good command of the "Office" software package is required.
  • Knowledge of SAGE X3 is a plus
  • English: optional.
